Smelly situation for Beyonce

Beyonce is being sued by apparel retailer Abercrombie & Fitch . Attorneys for the clothing retailer, known for its steamy shots of scantily clad models, claim B’s plan for a new fragrance to be launched early next year infringes on its existing trademark. In a federal lawsuit filed last week in Columbus, Ohio, Abercrombie claims a fragrance under the singer’s “Sasha Fierce” label “poses a likelihood of confusion” with the retailer’s own “Fierce” brand.
