Can Russell Brand and Katy Perry just become man and wife already? Every day there's a new bit of gossip about their upcoming nuptials, and it's sending us into a tizzy. Now China Daily reports that the raven-haired hipsters are planning on becoming Mr and Mrs Brand in the land of the rising sun.

"While he was in Los Angeles, Russell told a couple of people that they were also considering Tokyo as a venue. It's a buzzy, vibrant city and somewhere completely different and unique. Katy kept jokingly hitting Russell, telling him to keep his big mouth shut," a chatterbox told the news source.We can't keep up with these two! In fact, just recently we reported that Rihanna supposedly spilled the beans about their wedding vows taking place in India. Before that, we heard they were planning on getting hitched in Los Angeles.
