"The Time (Dirty Bit)" by The Black Eyed Peas slid four places to No. 8, Nelly's "Just a Dream" remained steady at No. 9, and "Bottoms Up" by Trey Songz featuring Nicki Minaj held at No. 10.
Jailed rapper T.I. claimed the top debut as "That's All She Wrote" came in at No. 18. The tune comes from his new album "No Mercy," which debuted at a disappointing No. 4 on the Billboard 200 on Wednesday.
