The reality TV star forced onlookers to do a double take as she strutted along the red carpet at the premiere of Afrika! Afrika! at London's 02 Arena last night. Her streaked hair, smoky eyes, skimpy black dress and of course, recently enlarged breasts, completed the copycat look.

The former Paris Hilton look alike, who first began the dramatic transformation following her split from Ordinary Boys frontman Preston last year, has admitted the model is her idol.
