Alba was pulled over by a motorcycle cop in Beverly Hills earlier today after being spotted driving too fast.
After several minutes of conversation the officer went back to his bike and Alba, driving a GMC Yukon hybrid SUV, was on her way.
The Fantastic Four actress has recently returned from France where she had been on holiday with her filmmaker husband, Cash Warren, and their two-year-old daughter Honor Marie.
Alba and Warren met in 2004 while filming Fantastic Four. The pair married in May 2008, just one month before Alba gave birth to their daughter.
