Scream Award winner Kristen Stewart rocked a fitted, asymmetrical black-and-white dress that was accessorized with that inimitable Stewart style: bed-head hair, bulky stilettos and glimmering, smoky eyes.
Emma Roberts also went asymmetrical at the show. She rocked a lacy, one-sleeve mini-frock, complete with peep-toe heels and, much like Stewart, her hair was loose and unkempt, keeping the look young without getting too goth. "True Blood" star Anna Paquin went goth chic in her patterned black short dress. She kept it edgy with pin-straight hair and lots of bangles.
There must have been some sort of memo that went out that day because "Vampire Diaries" star Nina Dobrev also embraced her inner bad girl with a fitted, sleeved little black dress, loose waves and heels complete with chains.
Blake Lively is never one to shy away from trying something different, and the "Green Lantern" star certainly didn't disappoint at the show. Her gray and tan gown had a split up the front and was miles away from anything anyone else wore that night thanks to a dragonfly pin on the collar and tons of chunky bangles.
Breaking away from the glamorous theme of the night, M.I.A. is never afraid to take fashion risks either, and her outfit during her performance was, well, colorful. A bright blue wig topped off her sequined look, which was complete with bright pink pants, neon green shoes and a yellow top.
