The Asher novel is about a young boy, Clay Jenson, who comes home from school one day and finds a package containing seven cassette tapes. The tapes are messages from Hannah Baker, a classmate who committed suicide, and 12 other people will also hear her recorded message. The rest of the book concerns Clay going to the locations that Hannah wants him to visit.There aren’t any details yet on the role Selena will play but I’m guessing she might somehow play Hannah since that’s the female lead. It sounds like a very dramatic role for the Wizards of Waverly Place star. Do you think she’s a good fit for something like this?
