The openly-bisexual star, who gained fame by having the most friends on MySpace, tried to stop Vivid from releasing the DVD that was sold by an unidentified person.
Vivid gave her a chance to prevent the sale of her sex tape -- she could buy it back for nearly $1 million -- the amount of money they expected to make in sales. "I can't afford to pay a million dollars, especially not for a tape that is mine to begin with. It's ridiculous."
While Tila isn't ashamed of the tape, she says it doesn't define her. "I don't have a problem admitting that I'm a sexual person. I enjoy a good time, but no this doesn't define me."
Tila's rep tells us that she's not benefiting financially from Tila Tequila Uncorked, and that she couldn't be busier.
