Megan Fox can't gain weight, sez personal trainer; Petite actress & Armani model 'far from anorexic

14March, 2011 - Cry her a river: Megan Fox eats a lot but she can't gain weight. The actress and Armani model doesn't like when people think her petite frame is due to anorexia, her personal trainer Harley Pasternak told HollywoodLife.com. Especially because keeping weight on is such a struggle.

"She gets frustrated at times because she's like, 'I need to put on weight.' So she actually weight-trains to keep on that lean muscle tissue," Pasternak said. Pasternak insisted that Fox just has a "really fast metabolism." "With her it's really about [whether] she's eating enough of the right things," he said. People thought, 'Oh, she must be anorexic,' but she's far from that!" Luxe Italian brand Armani must like the way Fox looks. She has been the face of their cosmetics, fragrance, lingerie and denim. In a promotional video released by the brand, she shows off her toned physique - carefully honed by her trainer.

"The key to Megan's abs is first of all genetics," Pasternak said. "The second is that we train her abs on all three planes. It's not just about crunch, crunch, crunch. It's about working her body up and down and side to side and rotation. We train all three of her rectus abdominis, her obliques and her corset muscle to make sure that her abs are not just tight and strong but small." Still, he admitted he worries about his celebrity client. "Do I worry about Megan getting too skinny? Yeah!" he said.

Transformers 3: No Megan Fox?

Don’t worry, I was just as shocked as you were! This love to love robot movie is ousting one of its best cast members. Well according to Megan Fox reps she decided to call it quits with the franchise. Transformers 3 and no Megan Fox? How is that going to work!?

I really do not blame him for not wanting to work with Megan if that is what really happened. She was quoted saying things like “Seven percent. On the new one ['Transformers 2'], I tried. But unless you’re a seasoned veteran, working with Michael Bay is not about an acting experience.” when she was asked how much of her acting range had been displayed.

In case Megan didn’t remember Michael Bay is actually the one that took a chance on her and gave her the super stardom that she now has and could possibly lose with the flop of a movie called “Passion Play” which is about a fallen angel that gets help from a musician that is down on his luck.

As far as we know however Transformers 3 will not be canceled but there is no report on who will play the leading lady role.
