The 18-year-old singer-and-actress is best known for portraying Alex Russo in the Disney Channel’s television series Wizards of Waverly Place. Selena is also celebrated for her unique sense of style, and even launched her own fashion range called Dream Out Loud last year at American retailer Kmart.
Despite her elegant appearance on the red carpet, the brunette beauty insists one of her biggest fashion must-haves is a casual pair of jeggings – stretchy leggings with a faux-denim appearance.“I love jeggings – they’re so comfortable,” she told Top of the Pops magazine.
The talented star also knows how to add accessories to emulate the retro chic of days gone by. Selena thinks experimenting with different textures and varying tones is the ideal way to look classy.
“I buy scarves and necklaces in loads of different colours and textures, too. These accessories can help give you a vintage look,” she added.
