The “are they, aren’t they?” case in question is uber-famous teens Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber.
The pair sparked rumours of a romance when they were snapped together in Miami over Christmas and celeb-mecca St Barts over New Year’s – where they shared a lil’ kiss.
Well now they seem to have created a bit of a furore and poor Selena has been on the receiving end of some truly vile death threats from crazed Bieber fans.
In the “normal” world, the most these guys would have suffered is harmless teasing from friends and family but sometimes in showbiz land it just has a sinister edge. I’ve seen some of the comments left on Twitter and, aside from the horrifying nature of the threats, most of them looked like they were authored by furious lemurs throwing brazil nuts at a keyboard.Good on Selena though. It seems like she’s taking the mature approach and is keeping her head held high.
The Disney star attended and performed at the prestigious People’s Choice Awards in LA where she stole the show and actually beat Justin Bieber to receive the award for “breakout artist”.
